Dispute Resolution Procedure
All disputes and disagreements that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of the agreement on participation in an aggregated group or in connection with it, or other disputes that may arise in the interaction between the Aggregator and a participant in the aggregated group, shall be resolved through negotiations and consultations.
If no agreement is reached through negotiations, the participant of the aggregated group has the right to submit a corresponding application to the Electricity Market Regulator and/or refer the dispute to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The procedure for consideration of such complaints by the Regulator is provided for in Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On the National Commission for State Regulation in the Energy and Utilities.”
